Eligibility & counterpart requirements

We engage with professional investors, institutions, and advisors operating under robust compliance programs. Typical eligibility indicators include:

  • Regulated status or affiliation (e.g., licensed entity, supervised institution, or accredited investor as defined in your jurisdiction).
  • Legitimate diligence purpose tied to current or prospective engagements (e.g., advisory evaluation, vendor risk review, or partnership scoping).
  • Clear nexus to technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or data-governance decision-making.
  • Willingness to proceed under confidentiality and acceptable-use commitments.

We may decline or limit access at our discretion, including where regulatory, sanctions, or conflict-of-interest constraints apply.

End-to-end review workflow

  1. Identity verification: Launch Persona and complete verification. Only APPROVED outcomes proceed.
  2. Profile capture: We capture Persona’s InquiryID and, where available, your name and business email. If either is missing, a single manual entry is permitted and then locked.
  3. One-time alias creation: We derive due.diligence+<InquiryID>@ansonng.com. Messages must target this alias to be received.
  4. Client-side encryption: The request is encrypted in your browser to the Company’s public key and opened in your email client as an armored payload.
  5. Automated intake: Our secure mailbox admits only messages matching the one-time alias and containing a valid encrypted payload. Others are automatically disregarded.
  6. Initial triage: Compliance and scope review for conflicts, regulatory boundaries, and feasibility.
  7. Response: If aligned, we propose a diligence pathway (e.g., information pack, NDA, or technical discovery). Otherwise, we provide a courtesy decline.

Processing times & service levels

  • Initial acknowledgement: within 1–2 business days for complete, properly encrypted submissions.
  • Follow-up scheduling: typically within 3–5 business days, subject to scope and availability.
  • Escalations: urgent regulatory or security-incident matters may be prioritized at our discretion.

Timelines are indicative and non-binding; they may extend with volume, holidays, or complex regulatory checks.

Communication & escalation policy

  • Accepted channels: the one-time diligence alias and subsequent addresses we designate.
  • Rejected channels: messages to non-designated inboxes, unencrypted payloads, bulk solicitations, and spoofed domains.
  • Security signals: SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment required; TLS enforced; suspicious headers trigger quarantine.
  • Escalation: where justified, we route to senior reviewers or legal counsel. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Data protection, confidentiality & compliance

  • Minimal data: We limit collection to information required for diligence and communications.
  • Encryption: Client-side encryption to the Company’s public key; offline decryption by authorized personnel only.
  • Retention: Retained only as necessary to fulfill diligence and compliance; then archived or deleted consistent with policy.
  • Sanctions & export: We screen for restricted parties and comply with applicable export and sanctions regimes.

What if Persona cannot verify me?

Please retry with clear images and a stable connection. If still unsuccessful, access may be unavailable.

Why was my email ignored?

We only process encrypted submissions sent to your one-time alias due.diligence+<InquiryID>@ansonng.com. Other messages are automatically disregarded.

Can I reuse my InquiryID?

No. Each InquiryID alias is single-use to mitigate replay and phishing risk.

Acceptance rule: The Company only reviews communications that (1) are addressed to due.diligence+<InquiryID>@ansonng.com and (2) include an encrypted payload to the Company’s public key. All other messages are automatically disregarded.
